A staple of the Middle East originally from Lebanon. This variety of squash is an exceptionally delicious squash with creamy, light green skin and a tapered shape. It has a mild flavor with a hint of sweetness. Plants are compact, disease tolerant and have a high yield. Perfect for saute, stir-fry, stuffing and baking. With longer fruits, you can cut lengthwise and stuff them with rice, currants and chicken. It's very tasty.
